David Owen Maloney
A life long fascination for all things art and design led me to the Rhode Island school of Design where I graduated with a BFA in Illustration. At RISD I gained a solid foundation in, not only the traditional aspects of art and design, but also an endless curiosity about the many facets design can take through experimentation and hard work. A belief that I can and should always challenge myself and my designs.
One of those facets of design that developed over the years was my interest in Web Design and more recently UI and UX design. This led me back to RISD to study Web + Interactive Design. Where I have gained an amazing wealth of knowledge about Web Design. This experience has allowed me to develop a solid freelance business a Web Designer and UI/UX professional.
Even though I continue to enjoy a career as an artist and illustrator, where my work is now included in private collections around the world. My passion for all things design, is and will be, an endless source of inspiration.
